Pay Plus for pensions: Anniversary event5 March 2010. Staff are reminded that the arrangements for the Pay Plus for pensions scheme include an annual opportunity, in April each year, for pension scheme members to decide to opt into or out of the scheme.
New Pay Plus for bikes supplier and discounted days out for staff4 March 2010. The University has recently added a new supplier to the Pay Plus for bikes scheme, and there have also been additions to the range of offers and discounts available through the University´s UOffers package.
HR successfully secures funding for LGBT project4 March 2010. HR has been successful in securing funding from the Alumni Fund for a project supporting LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans) staff and students.
10,000th e-Recruitment application submitted 3 March 2010. Following the highly successful implementation during 2009, the 10,000th application has been submitted within e-Recruitment this week. Since the move to 100% on-line, the system has delivered an improved applicant experience, applicant numbers have been maintained and the average quality of applications has improved.
